Suggest Medication For BPH, Low PSA Number And Enlarged Prostrate

I have blood in sperm, low PSA number, enlarged prostate digitally checked. Opinion of primary care MD is that I probably have been physically working too hard. This I do. I have a strong smell in urine. I have been diagnosed with BPH some years ago, took Avodart but discontinued shortly after.

Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
BPH is benign prostatic hyperplasia.
Any enlargement of prostate is monitored by blood PSA levels.
PSA is raised in cancer of prostate and low in BPH.
BPH is initially managed by conservative means, by using drugs.
Later surgery may be required in which the enlarged prostatic lobes are removed and examined microscopically.
Blood in semen can be seen intraumatic conditions of the prostatic urethera.

Thanks and take care
