Hi

I have a B12 deficiency

Can you please provide the shots or tablets I should take?

I have been suffering with this since last 4-5 years. I had taken the shots way back but still deficiency is there. I have also been gone through appendicites surgery 5 years back.

Hello,
There are plenty of injectable VIT B12 available which can be given.You can use injection methylcobalamine or injection ELDERVIT.
Take 7 injections on alternate days and then switch to oral preparation once a day for 3 weeks.
Going further you can take injectable VIT B12 every month.
