Suggest Measure Need For Two Umblical Loops Wound Around Baby S Neck

hi..i am 35 weeks pregnant,having gestational diabetes,diagnosed with high blood pressure few days back,n now my ultrasound shows 2 umblical loops around baby s neck.what shoud yuo suggest at this point of time.as my dr. is advising me to go for an early c section around 36 weeks.i am 26 years old,n this is my first pregnancy

Hi,I understand your concern,in my opinion as yours is already a high risk case of diabetes as well as now high b p chances of fetal compromise are already there because of these conditions.and two loops of cord around neck are certainly a reason of worry .if you are considering process of normal delivery in your mind chances of fetal morbidity are very high.keeping all these conditions in mind in my opinion you should opt for cs at 37 weeks.hope I am able to solve your query to some extent.
