Suggest Me A Diet Plan For Normal Ovulation And Regular Periods

Usually I have two cycles within 28 days. I tried taking siphene for 3 cycles and then duphaston. But nothing worked out. I took HSG yesterday and there is no block in fallopian tube. In follicular study, my follicles were not bursting. After an injection, only one bursted and the other did not rupture. What might be wrong with me. Can you suggest me some diet plan which may help in normal ovulation and regular periods.

Hello,

I can understand your concern. However, menstrual cycles are purely dependent on hormones and hormones are produced naturally in our body. We do not get any hormones from diet. So changing diet will not have any effect on your menstrual cycles. Sometimes irregular menstruation tend to make you obese so you can take care that you watch sugar and fat in your diet to prevent that complication.

Only hormonal replacement therapy can make you regular on menstrual cycles. I hope this information helps. Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic.

Best,
Dr. Viraj Shah
