Suggest Management For Depression

I am 33year old (male) & recentally approximetally one montha back i feel more negetive thoughts like abought death & more warry about loved ones after lot of try i was not able to remove the negetive thouts but it is not affected my routine activities but due to this i feel my energy level goes down & i know that how can i will be energetic parrallel with thought of death. but some time i was bisy in work or other activity this thoughts out & when alone this thouts comes aggresivaly.but overall maximum times goes to thinking about that thoughts & i was afraid those thoughts.i remember that one neight i went to sleep & suddanly i feel ocward like this is my last time i feel that my body becomes warm & i continiousally watching my baby & my wife which is already sleeped on bed after approximetally one hour i feel better & sleep but from that day this problem will start.i was totally cofused this is really problem or not. so pl.advoice me to take the action

u have major depression that means that u have all symptoms that require for diagnoses and u have enumerate it very nicely

come to treatment part
there are two type of treatment
1) drug therapy

tab escitalopram 10 mg along with tab clonazepam 0.5 mg is very useful to contro your depressive features as well as worries and stress

2) is lifestyle changes
enjoy your hobbies and pleasurable activities
do regular exercise
meditations
yoga and deep breathing exercise
strengthen your motivational skills
take proper sleep
proper and regular food
write it down your thought to divert your aggressiveness

if needed than consult psychiatrist for further assistant

medicines that i have mentioned takes time to act and u have to take regularly
