Suggest Management For ADHD, Epilepsy With Speech Delay

hi,
i have a 4 years old daughter diagnosed for generalised epilepsy,adhd and speech delay.she is on sodium valporate and vaxa attend and memorin along side with reperidone.but the seizures is not stopping and she has developmental issues.what can be done.

I can understand your concerns.
Does your child have motor delay?
What does her EEG report and MRI suggest?
If such a patient comes in my clinic I would start Levetiracetam for her epilepsy control. The EEG report also guides regarding the choice of drugs.
I would also start for her speech therapy and occupational therapy for her developmental issues.
