Suggest Ideal Diet When Diagnosed With Fatty Liver

dear doctor, i am 37, i am not consuming alcohol and cigerette.but some times i feel severe un explained stomach pain at right side.i consulted doctor, my liver protein tests and ultra sound scan reveals FATTY LIVER . my SGPT IS .87 AND SGOT IS 51. what i do and which food i take daily ? please suggest me

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
First and foremost you need to completely stop consumption of smoking and alcohol.
Take carbohydrate rich diet which is easily digestible, moderate protein diet and diet low in fats and oils. Also supplement with fresh fruit juices especially made of citrus fruits. Consume plenty of fluids.
You can take vitamins and antioxidant supplements.
Get scan and liver function test done once in every 6 months.
