Hello dear, thanks for posting your query.
Difficult to say what medicines you were given and how much time it would take to cure Vitiligo.
We need to know your history, genetic predisposition, the lesions, location, extent, etc. to be able to say how long it would take for Vitiligo patches to go.
If you could provide us with this information it would be better.
Piles grade 3 cannot be treated you may opt for a surgery for the same but you may take Homeopathic treatment for it to prevent complications like strangulation, infection, etc.
