Suggest Home Remedy For Respiratory Problem Due To Allergy

I am suffering from allergy some respiratory problem during early day time. From time to time during night hours there is coughing due to which continuous sleeping is disturbed. I am also suffering from HT. Is there is any natural course which give me relief then it will be nice of you SIR.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to allergy to some thing you daily expose. It can be dust in your home or from pets or pollens or chemicals or from food. It is better to have an allergic test to find out the causative agent so that you can get away from them. To get away from those allergens is the best treatment. You can vacuum your house daily. I usually advise levocetirizine and monteleukast for prophylactic from allergic attacks which help very much. Hope this may help you.
