Suggest Home Remedies For Breasts Tenderness And Soreness
Hi, For the past couple days I ve been having tenderness in my left breast, more so than I have ever before when I m PMSing. Started my period last night but my breast is still sore. Both are sore but the left one is much much more so. I dont feel anything, breast looks normal, no discharge or discoloration. Any home remedies that will help besides OTC pain relievers? I m also wearing a sports bra to keep breast supported.
