Hello,
There is no absolutely safe home method for inducing an abortion. Once you wish to abort this pregnancy, you should see a specialist and get a clinical examination, a trans-vaginal sonogram to confirm the location of the sac and the age of the pregnancy, blood counts and urinalysis. Then, under medical surveillance, you can undergo a medical abortion until 8-9 weeks, but most benefits can be had up to the 7th week. A follow up is done to confirm the completion of the process. Hope this helps.
