Suggest Healthy Diet For Eye Issues When Diagnosed With Diabetes

I have not been feeling the greatest and had a bunch of tests done. My personal doctor is away for another 2 weeks and I didn t want to wait that long to get my results. The doctor that I seen informed me I am border line Diabetic. Between 6 and 7. I am slightly overweight. My eye prescription just changed within the last month. I heard that it effects your eyes as well. I am not sure what to do such as diet, exercise, etc. Can you help me.
