hi,

we r from kerala.my younger son is 19 month old.I really find it difficult to feed him.he is not at alla interested in having food.but takes formula with n me with some recipes that i could try ouo hesitation.kindly suggest me with some recipe that i could try out..

Hello thanx for using hcm,
Along with the formula you should try home foods also.
Try out porridges made of rice, dal, semolina, oats with either salt or sugar.
Give fresh fruit juices,plain custard,vegetable soup, chicken soup , slowly he will learn to enjoy food.
