Suggest Good Remedy To Overcome Stomach Pain During Periods?

Hi I am 21 years girl... Unmarried.. I undergo siviour stomach pain during my menstrual time... Even my legs and thys are more painful... I suggested many doctors they said that there is some iron difficiency in my body that results in this paining.. Can U suggest me some home remedy to overcome this stomach pain and also to increase my immunity...

You are 21 years girl, unmarried, have severe stomach,and leg pain during period, doctors said there is iron defeciency , home remedy for pain and increase immunity.
It called dysmenorrhoea, occur in many girls. it is of two types . the one pain occurs only on the first day of the period, and the bleeding is bright red.
The other is pain present till the bleeding is stopped. it is usually due to infection and colour is dark or brownish.
i advise you to consult a gynacologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I advise you to avoid spices, and junk foods, and oily foods.
Take more of green leafy vegetables,pulses, sprouts, milk, and proteine rich foods.
