Hello & Welcome,
We have no evidence based dietary treatment for your condition.

The 1 case I had like yours was caused by the lower back being out of place.

Do you know if it is open or closed?

Home remedies include
1. avoid all spicy foods
2. Start Yoga to strengthen core & lower back
3. Slippery Elm herb

Conservative Treatment Includes

Taking liquid chlorophyll to sooth and heal bowels

Massage of the affected area

Hydration, Eat slowly, avoid alcohol, avoid coffee/green tea, avoid junk food nuts/seeds/popcorn, chocolate
Eat a low fiber diet for a short period of time

I hope some of these tips help. Healthy Regards, Kathy Shattler, MS, RD
