Suggest Food Diet To Gain Weight

Hi doctor eat so much but my weight is not increasing. I am 24 yrs old wid 5.3 height but my weight is 44. And I get ill again and again. After every 2 hrs I feel hungry. Can u suggest me what can be done? Can you also suggest me few good exercises to keep me healthy?

Hi.

Any exercises will be good, but all cardio exercises can result in weight loss, so I would recommend protein powders or drinks along weight-lifting exercises to bulk up. As for a diet, a diet rich in protiens and carbohydrates should help. Occassional fatty may also help, although not much is recommended as it is not too good for health.

I would also recommend treating the water you treat and food you eat as this might be resulting in the sickness you are experiencing.
