Suggest Exercise To Loose Weight

i AM A GIRL FROM INDIA
SOME 8 YRS BACK I MET WITH A SEVERE ACCIDENT
WHICH WAS A HEAD INJURY PARALYTIC ACCIDENT
SINCE THEN I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO WALK ON MY LIMBS ON MY OWN AND HAVING BEEN
PUTTING ON A LOT OF WEIGHT AS I WAS GIVEN STEROIDS.CAN YOU SUGGEST ME A FEW EXERCISE WITH WHICH I LOSE WEIGHT AND BECOME SLIM IN A MONTH OR TWO.HELP ME PLEASE.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you say you are continuing the steroids since 8 years, you are continuing the the same prescription, from that time.
Steroids should not be used for so long, i advise you to consult your doctor, for followup, periodically. So that he can stop or change the drug or the dosage, to prevent the side effects.
You can keep weight under control by minimizing the intake of calories, fats,fries, junk foods, and oily foods.
Increase your activity by practicing, morning walk, yoga, gardening, and do any work in front of you,so far applicable.
Minimize the sleeping time ,practice late to bed, and early to rise, avoid day time sleep,so far possible.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
