Suggest Exercise Or Yoga To Reduce Cylindrical Power Of Eye
hiii my age is 17 years and i have clindrical numbers in both my eyes and i dont want to use spect as well as lenses so please give me some yoga or excercise to reduce my eyes number upto 0 in a very sort time

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having cylindrical power. This is called as astigmatism. This cannot be reduced by yoga or eye exercises. This requires treatment by use of spectacles or contact lenses or by refractive laser surgery.
Hence I advice you to continue the use of spectacles and do consult your optometrist or ophthalmologist for prescription of contact lenses or for refractive laser surgeries like Lasik.
