Suggest Exercise Or Diet Plans To Reduce Weight After Pregnancy

after pregnancy i have gained weight and keep on gaining weight i feel bad to see myself in the mirror and my husband is also losing interest in me can diet pills help me reduce my weight with inches as i am not a exercise doing person nor can i follow diets as i am a big foodie can you help me?

Hello!
I think if you lose weight in a natural way you will not regain it again because it will become your new lifestyle. It's better than pills for my opinion.
Include more protein in your eating susch as fish, chicken, egg, white egg, cheese, cottage cheese, milk, yogurt, more fruits and vegetables and less carnbohydrates such as pasta, white bread and rice, cookies.
Exercise. Do weight training because it build up muscle and the more muscle you have the more calorie you will burn.
