Suggest Effects Of Ecosprin To Fetus During Pregnancy

Hi, my self XXX & my wife is 33 Year and she is pregnent with 29 weeks. from the day one of pregnecy will known to her, the doctor prescribe ECOSPRIN, one tab daily. is there any side effect of ECOSPRIN on baby. In her recent blood test she found the the SGPT is 137, which is quite higher than normal limit. is it cuase of ECOSPRIN? Is there any side effect of this on Baby? how do we know how much lever has been effected and is prematur deliver is recomended for this ???
