Suggest Effects Of HCG Diet

taking hcg diet, neck on left side hurts, lower back hurts. I have had dizziness. I plan to stop diet asap, obviously having a reaction. Is this something to be really concerned about and got to Doctor first thing in morning or should I give my body time to get off this diet and see.

If a patient comes to my clinic with same problem, i would ask them to stop the hcg diet immediately. This diet causes severe health problems. As this diet contains very low calorie restriction, this would lead to decreased blood sugar levels .this will lead to fatigue, weaknesses, headache .Hope i have answered your question.
