trying to find a recommended qualified doctor to evaluate my brother, Mitchell Rinker, 56 years old. Mitch was born with cerebraal palsy and has never talked or walked. Simply, over the past 10 years he now much worse as far as any movceement on his own are concerned. I m concinvincws with at least five days of massage, stretching and occupational therapy mixed up it will improve his pain which I am pretty sure has to do in part to dehydration. So much more but for now this is a start. He now lives in Palm Beach Garden in a nursing home called La Posada. He seem to have gone downhill since moving from where he lived in Duvll Home in Deland Fla. for the past 40 years or so. Our parents died when he was 9 years old our father became very ill and was incapable of caring for him. Any thing you suggest, recommend to reasonably make the rest of his left as painless as possible which could be another 50 - years. Please do not use costs for recommendations.. i
