Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient
bells palsy is mostly idiopathic means without any reason so treatment is physiotherapy and multivitamins. It recovers in most cases fully in 6 to 8 weeks. Till physiotherapy should be continued.
Evionlc is vitamin e and should not cause vertigo.
ecosprin is given for thinning of blood and does not cause vertigo. other reasons for vertigo needs to be ruled out and you need to consult your treating physician as soon as possible.
