Suggest Effective Cure For Hidradenitis Suppurativa In The Elderly

I have been diagnosed as case of Hydradenitis Suppurtiva which in allopathy has no cure. I keep getting boils which converts into abscess which are painful and develop lymphadenitis most of the times. I have consulted dermatologist and was told there is n cure for it. I am 51 years old female .

-Hidradenitis suppurtiva potentially severe disorder with negative impact on
quality of life...
-Though it has no definitive treatment but there are several treatment
options available..
available which can help in reducing the severity and improve the quality of
life..
-For mild to moderate cases conservative treatment like Antibiotics,
Dapsone, Biologicals and Laser therapy are used..
-For severe and acute episode surgery id combined along with the above
treatment options..
-I advice you not to loose hope and seek a dermatology department in a
gov. medical colllege like AIIMS DELHI as there you can get better options
and care..
- In addition, maintain personal hygiene and wear loose clothes...Keep your
weight controlled..Away from smoking(if applied)...as these may act as
precipitators..
