Suggest Dosage Of Eltroxin For Raised TSH Level During Pregnancy

I suffer from thyroid (hyop) and am pregnant week 22. I increased my eltroxin dose from 0.75 to 100mg(?). 1.5 months ago my tsh was around 1.5 and the doctor said it is good. Last week it was 2.85 and I am extremly tired starting to feel a bit depressed and can not think clearly. The dr. said it should be under 2 during pregnancy. How much of eltroxsine shall I increase do you think?

Are you keeping the eltroxin tablets in fridge? they need to say at 2-4 degrees for them to work effectively. 100mcg dose is ok for now, but repeat TSH after 4 weeks. if it is still high, you may need a higher dose. it takes a few weeks to see the effect of eltroxin. Also find other reasons for depression and tiredness like anemia or diabetes. Pregnancy itself can cause tiredness. Have a healthy diet, do light exercises, sleep for 8-10 hours per day and drink plenty if water. meditation too helps a lot.
