My baby is 11 months old and is having viral dioreah. The peaditrician whom we consulted this morning prescribed Bifilac satchet once a day for 10 days. Should the baby be given the satchet in one dose or in divided doses. What amount of water must be used to mix the contents of the satchet?.

Pediatrician 's  Response
hi, Welcome to forum. Bifilac sachets are pre probiotics precscibed during most of the diarrhea. The dose is 1 full sachets mixed in 2-4 teaspoons of water, fruit juice, milk or any non fizzy drink. Hope this solves your doubt.
Thanks
