Suggest Dosage Of Letov According To My Weight
I am age 20 and weight 40kg married for 3 years. i want to do a IUI and i took letov 5mg bd for 5 days ........is it the proper dose or is it too much to my weight.....because someone told me it should take according to the weight and for my weight it should be 2.5mg bd for 5 days....

Letov(letrozole) dose in IUI (intra uterine insemination) can be anywhere between 2.5-12.5 mg/ day.
Initially low dose 2.5 mg OD/BD is used, if response is inadequate, higher doses are used. And the doses are based upon response rather than body weight.
