Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Your current TSH levels are due to the administration of the supplement. So, it would be better to continue the maintenance dose as you are also planning to conceive. In addition, you should also concentrate on the maintenance of a healthy lifestyle. If you conceive, the demand for the hormones increases and you may need to rise the dose accordingly. Please see your health care provider for further details. Take care.
