Suggest Dosage For Mifepristone And Misoprostol

I am 34yrs... elder son is 7 years and younger daughter is 3. My last periods came on 23rd September. .. I skipped my periods in October. ..did the pregnancy test which came positive. .. today is 44th day since last period onset... I have the mankinds unwanted kit containing one mifepristone 200mg and four misoprostol 200mg.. how should I take it..? And will mtp be successful..?
