Suggest Dietary And Lifestyle Changes To Reduce Weight

hello, im an 18 year old college student and i'm looking to lose some weight over my month break this winter. i'm about 210 pounds, 6 foot and i have no medical issues or history, other than a handful of sprains and concussions from high school sports. im a marine corps rotc cadet and while im in shape i would like to cut down on some of the extra bulk i have from high school football. i'm wondering a safe way to cut weight while still staying healthy. any dietary tips or lifestyle changes would help. i eat regularly, im not very stressed, i drink plenty of water, and exercise regularly but its hard for me to cut weight. any help would be great. thanks

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it is the over weight, and yo should revert it for medical reasons as well.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment .
Avoid taking fats, calories, junk foods, oily foods, and ice creams.
Practice yoga, exercises, morning walk, and do any work in front of you, what ever the work is.
Minimize the sleeping time, practice late to bed and early to rise. Avoid sleeping in the day time.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
