Suggest Diet To Reduce Weight With Hypothyroidism

Hi .. I'm suffering with hypothyroid for past 5 years. Recently i have change my medication and am having tables like KRIMSON 35, GLYCONOM, WYCLONE. However, I always observe spotting after my cycle with at times INDIGESTION, MIGRAINE, NAUSEA along with weight gain of 20kg in just 1.3 yr. Could you please advise what should be my diet and workout to maintain a healthy life as i want to start with my family in next 5-6 months so want to be sure i'm fit to conceive as my period are irregular too.

Firstly i advise you to take thyroid tablets regularly to TSH levels in normal range , then only there is possibility to lose weight along with healthy diet and moderate exercises. Go for cardio exercises for 45min like brisk walking, running, swimming, and add strength training. Avoid cabbage , cauliflower, broccali. Follow a diet with low carbohydrates , high protein, low fats.go for oatmeal, brown bread, brown rice, dal, 2 to 3 servings of fruits, 4 to 5 servings of vegetables. Take plenty water.avoid junk foods, sweets.Hope i have answered your question. If you have any further questions i will be happy to help.
