General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. 10.8 could be haemoglobin. A low haemoglobin signifies iron deficiency anaemia. You can take green leafy vegetables like kale and spinach. Taking red meat like beef or mutton or liver of those is better to increase iron faster. Also take citrus fruits daily which provides vitamin C which enhances iron absorption from gut. It is better to check your iron profile also.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
