Hello
I had gone through your question very diligently and i can understand your concern
In my clinic whenever anybody founds with high triglycerides or dyslipidaemia, Before starting medicines, I would advise them to follow these guidelines
Avoid fatty fried and junk food
Have more of dietary fiber like Ishabgulla which helps by absorbing bad cholesterol and excrete it with stools
Take more of fresh fruits and steamed vegetables
Whole grain foods
exercise regularly like brisk walking or jogging and aerobics
If you can upload me your complete medical history like your weight height and your r work culture I will be able to guide you better

Thanks for your question
best wishes
