Suggest Diet Supplements For Infants

My son is 18 months old. He is underweight.He has very mild fever every evening. He has become fussy eater since 3 months.My doctor says "its normal".But my elders suggest me to give somva 34 to him for improving diet, weight and immune power. What should I do?

Please maintain a proper record of his temperature every 3 hourly.
In case he has documented fever, he needs A physical examination and most likely some relevant lab tests depending on his examination,like (CBC, peripheral smear,blood and urine culture,malaria smear,widal test,ESR,urine routine,abdominal ultrasound,Mx test,xray chest etc).
It seems a proper and correct physical along with lab tests if required are the best options for his recovery.
