hello Vinu

Well as I can see according to your height and weight , your Body Mass Index is around 23.14 (normal =18.5–24.90), So you do not need to worry too much about your weight and must follow a healthy life style.

Proper cardio plus weight training goes a long way , but you need to mix it up ,
that is 4-5 days cardio in a week for 30 minutes daily is alright
and 3 -4 days light weights per week under an instructor should suffice,

stay away from snacks and junk food and focus on a lot of fibres and fruits , have a light dinner , have plenty of fluids, and eat small meals 3 4 times a day , also saty away from binging, thats it .Follow it for one month and you 'd see the change you have always wanted.
