Dear madam/sir i can understand your concern i my opinion the sugar level of you is normal and nothing to worry about that. as a regular practice take balanced diet which contain good amount of raw veggies. reduce taking refined carbs like sugar and white flour take green tea which will give you good amount of antioxidants daily do walking for 45 mins and try to reduce your weight.
