Sir,
I am Mrs. Kakoli Ghosh from India , `am suffering from osteoarthritis, my age is 40years, height 5.1feet andweight 93kgs.I recently joined gym, am I right to join a gym?when am in a walker or in a cycle should I tie my knee belt ? Also can you prescribe me a diet chart.

hello,
yes I think your problem will reduce considerably if you lose weight.
you should definitely use a knee support when you are exercising, walking and standind.
diet should be rich in calcium, and low in sugar and fats.
so milk and milk products must be consumed, also sugar and fried food, should be avoided
