Suggest Diet Plans For Lymphocytic Colitis Patient

My mother has lymphocytic colitis and I'd like some specific foods that are OK for her to eat. I already know to include low-fat foods, the BRAT diet, broth. She also has low sodium, diverticulitis at times... Can she eat peas, prunes, cabbage, tuna, white fish... anything specific please!!!!
