Hi, am dev from india, i would like to have a tips from anyone regarding, how to reduce the weight and increase general body stamina, even i tried walking but am not able to concentrate much on that, is there anything else which i can follow?

walking is a very good exercise...
you can try brisk walking for 30-45 mins, it might help..
things should go better
