Suggest Diet Plan For High ESR And Diabetes

Hey doc, I am a diabetic patient. I don t why but there is a high level of ESR, diagnosed through a blood sample test. I want to ask you about how can I control it through my regular diet. I want you to please suggest me what and what not to eat regarding this issue. Regards, Huma Shaukat

An elevated ESR without other clinical parameters is of no meaning.
ESR rise occurs usually in the setting of infection but since you do not mention any thing suggesting infection I assume you are free from any infection.Do not worry about the increased ESR.
Just follow your diabetic diet eating small,frequent meals and eat less of oils and fat and you should be fine.
