Hello
Thanx for using hcm
His weight is good.Thats an ideal weight for 1yr old male .
cerelac is nutritionally good and safe, according to the age change and give various flavours of cerelac .
other than cerelac you can give rice and dal gruels, broken wheat gruels, oats porridge, soft riped banana, vegetable soup, fresh juice, egg yolk.
Introduce home made foods as the child learns to eat and enjoy various flavours.
Dont stop feeding milk after one year you can stop breast feed and introduce formula feeds or fresh milk.
