Hi Doctor, I am 27 years old, but still i am weighed only 51kgs. I have gone through a complete check up to see if there are any underline diseases. But, the result was fine. They informed that it's your food pattern you have to change to get on weight. I am 5"10 in height but body is so lean. Since childhood, i am like this. Regards, my food style, i don't normally take food in quantities. Little food will fill my stomache and if i eat a little more, then feels like vomiting. All my family members have a normal physique. Can you suggest me some tablets to put on weight...
