Suggest Diet In Case Of Chicken Pox Infection

Hi, I was suffering from chicken pox. It is the 15th day since I saw blisters coming out. Now all th blisters have started cresting out and I feel quite strong and fit. Now for the coming 2 weeks and more, what should be my ideal diet? I work in a place far from my native place and may not afford homely well prepared diet once I go back to my workplace next week. I might have to buy food from shops, which may not be the lightest diet.Please help.

You need to have diet which is healthy as well as safe eat more of cooked food than raw. Avoid nonveg as it causes easily infection. Take milk twice a day to build stamina. Have fruits daily no juice prefer skin one. Small and frequent meals. Take sprouts , channa murmura, take curds or buttermilk. Avoid eating outside. As u told need to go to work back have own cooked food there. Don't use instant cooked food. Use sprouts, brown breads sand which. Channa murmura is also good filler.have lotsbof water .
