Suggest Diet For Weightloss And To Lose Bellyfat.

Hello,
I am 22 years old,female,height 5'1'',weight 52kg. Due to my work and studies,I do not get enough time to do exercise also most of my time spent by sitting. I do not eat junk foods,avoid meats,do not drink,eat fishes and vegetables most of the time,take tea in the evening. but still I have got over weight and belly fat.
I want to loose my weight to 45kgs. What type of diet planning can make this weight loss. I have watched few answers on weight loss and with proper planning,hopefully it will be possible within few months,can you help me out here?

Interesting indeed. Thank you for your query. Actually there is no magic plan to achieve weight reduction , but I can certainly help you out. Try to maintain a balanced diet with cereals , proteins ,vegetables . Even a little oil and fat is also required. Try to eat around 4-5 fruits a day. Keep away from fried food , soft drinks . Have small meals at regular intervals. That's all about the diet. It would be great if you could add to that a bit of physical exercise and cardio workouts like walking and jogging. I can give you a trick. Just while coming home from any institution or office or college , step down at one bus stop earlier. Walk up that bit. Walking for half an hour for 5 days a week is good enough. Thank you
