I am so sorry to hear about the concerns you have with your weight. Please, report your height and weight for us to evaluate and see if you have issues with low body weight or not. Many persons do think so of which it is not always true. I recommend that you stay physically active, eat healthy(fruits, vegetables, fibers, proteins, carbohydrates and fats). It is a balanced diet that helps with good body weight gain and not a selective food type as all components of food are needed in the right proportion to achieve a harmonious growth.
