Hi dear your reports are perfectly right without any problem..your FBS is normal range (70-110) and PPBS (110-140) are well within the range...so I advise you to continue balance diet consists of 60% of carbohydrates, 20% of proteins and 20% of fat..carbohydrates sources are roti, rice potato etc, milk production and oil are sources of fat, eggs and grams are good source of protein, also add leafy vegetables and fruits as fibers..hope this will help also morning walk for 30 mins will be better
hope this will help you
Thanks and regards
