Suggest Diet For Post Cholecystectomy Patient Having Thyroid Problems

my step-daughter just had her gallbladder removed and she has thyroid problems as well, we have been trying to find a diet that will work with both these problems, we have found certain greens are good with no gallbladder but can harm the thyroid. Any suggestions on where we can look?
