Suggest Diet For A Patient With Stage 4 Kidney Failure And Type 2 Diabetes

I have been type II diabetic since 1973 use Humalog and Lantus also have stage 4 kidney failure since 1993 from overdoses of Motrin all Dr. orders recent blood test show less kidney function . The ???? what diet suggestions would you give in my restrictions "GRIEF" ha ha with surviving this long ? THANK YOU ! Dr. XXXXXX I am in touch with my Drs.

High fibre diet, green leafy vegetables, fruit.
Cut down the processed food. White bread, doughnuts, white sugar, pizza should be completely avoided.
A 40 minute physical activity every day like morning walk, evening walk.
