Suggest Diet /exercises To Control SGOT & SGPT Levles

I am Male, age 33, height 6 feet and weight 85 kg I initialy had problem with liver around 10 years back and later it was rectified using medicines. As part of medical check-up by insurance company i found my SGOT was82 and SGPT was 123 (this was 8 weeks back). From past two days i was having fevers with little loose motion. Doctor advised me to go through CBC and Liver test. Result came today and its S.G.O.T. 86 and S.G.P.T. 108.
Does this shown something i should be worried about or exercise and diet control can bring it down?
