Suggest Diet Chart To Reduce Weight

hi

i am a female aged 29 2009 my weight was 82 kg

daily exercise and foodcontroll reduced my weight 10 kg but now i cant reduce my weigt .i increased my exercise and diet but i cant .last 8 months my weht 72 kg

pls give diet chart and exercise tips

Hi Thank you for posting your query.I have gone through your question and according to my view weight gain and weight loss depend upon BMR ( basal metabolic rate ).So I will suggest you to keep your metabolism good by eating proper balanced diet and doing proper exercise and yoga regularly.Here I m giving you proper diet which you can follow to reduce weight -
Have a low calorie diet like eating green vegetables,veg soup,green salad,citrus fruits,fruit juices.
Limit the consumption of rice,potato,sugar,mango,litchi,bananas,grapes.
Limit the consumption of dairy products in your diet like cheese,ghee,butter,paneer.
Drink 1 tbsp honey with 1 tbsp lemon in a glass of water.
Take 30 ml of aloe vera juice empty stomach everyday.
Have 1 tbsp trikatu and 1 tbsp triphla churn with lukewarm water..
Here are few asanas or exercises which you can follow for reducing weight
Suryanamaskar ,pavanmuktasan,naukasan,bhujangasan,ushtrasan,dhanurasan,kapalbhati pranayam.
Go for a walk everyday morning and evening.
I would highly recommend a panchkarma therapy udvartan in which medicated herbs in powder form are rubbed all over the body.It helps in reducing 5-10 kg weight in 10-15 sittings.
